Delta Dental Premier Coverage Availability & Fees
Delta Dental Premier offers high and low PPO policies for you to choose from. Below is a brief breakdown of the details of both plans:
Delta Dental Premier High
- 100% preventive services covered (i.e., dental checkups, dental cleanings, X-rays, etc.)
- 60% minor restorative services covered (i.e., dental fillings)
- 50% major restorative services covered (i.e., dental crowns, dentures, etc.)
Delta Dental Premier Low
- 80% preventive services covered (i.e., dental checkups, dental cleanings, X-rays, etc.)
- 50% minor and major restorative services covered (i.e., dental fillings, dental crowns, root canals, tooth extractions, dentures, etc.)
With Delta Dental Premier plans, there is usually a copayment that you’ll be required to produce when visiting our office. Also, there is a deductible that you must meet before your insurance carrier begins to pay more of their share for the services you receive.
